Located only about 2 minutes walk away from the main entrance of Victoria Hospital, it is highly suitable for NHS staff and hospital visitors.

It's about 1 mile from the train station and the beach.

There is a Coop food store about 2 mins walk and Aldi about a mile away.

The flat has most things you would need in a home.

There is on-street Parking. However, due to the very close proximity to the hospital, parking space is not 100% guaranteed. Parking is free in the neighbourhood and you can always find parking spaces in the streets nearby or use the free hospital car parks

Kirkcaldy is about 30 minutes drive away from Edinburgh ; and even closer to Edinburgh Airport.

St Andrews city is also only about 40 minutes drive away with its many historical and cultural attractions.

The apartment is only about a mile away from Kirkcaldy town centre which offers many cosy pubs and cafes as well as shopping and night life. The Adam Smith theatre is the town's cultural hub and offers an admirable host of professional shows.

Kirkcaldy has also got two major parks, Beveridge and Ravenscraig, the latter also encompassing an old castle and a beautiful beach with seals.

Victoria hospital is the main hospital in the area and therefore, it is a centre for buses to all over Fife; you can find a bus to most places from here.

The train station is also close by; it takes about half an hour to walk there from the property.
